Phone Service
By submitting your device for service, you agree to the following:
- You confirm that you are the legal owner of the device or have authorisation to have it serviced
- Durham Phones is not responsible for any data loss during the service process. We strongly recommend backing up your data before submitting your device
- Service timelines are estimates and may vary depending on parts availability and fault complexity
- Devices left uncollected for more than 30 days after service completion may be subject to a storage fee or disposal
Pricing & Payment
All prices quoted are in the local currency and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon collection of the serviced device or at the point of purchase. Durham Phones accepts cash, card, and other payment methods as displayed in-store. Quotes provided before service are estimates and may be revised if additional faults are discovered during the service process.
Warranty
All services carried out by Durham Phones are covered by a limited warranty period as specified at the time of service. This warranty covers the specific fault addressed and does not apply to new damage, water damage, or faults unrelated to the original service. Devices purchased from us may carry a separate warranty as communicated at the time of sale.
Limitation of Liability
Durham Phones shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, loss of income, or device damage resulting from pre-existing conditions. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Durham Phones website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Durham Phones and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Third-Party Services
