Our Services
Durham Phones provides the following services:

- Purchase of new and pre-owned devices
- Sale of used and refurbished devices
- Free device diagnosis and assessment
Repair Services
By submitting your device for repair, you agree to the following:
- You confirm that you are the legal owner of the device or have authorisation to have it repaired
- Durham Phones is not responsible for any data loss during the repair process. We strongly recommend backing up your data before submitting your device
- Repair timelines are estimates and may vary depending on parts availability and fault complexity
- Devices left uncollected for more than 30 days after repair completion may be subject to a storage fee or disposal
Pricing & Payment
All prices quoted are in the local currency and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon collection of the repaired device or at the point of purchase. Durham Phones accepts cash, card, and other payment methods as displayed in-store. Quotes provided before repair are estimates and may be revised if additional faults are discovered during the repair process.
Warranty
All repairs carried out by Durham Phones are covered by a limited warranty period as specified at the time of service. This warranty covers the specific fault repaired and does not apply to new damage, water damage, or faults unrelated to the original repair. Devices purchased from us may carry a separate warranty as communicated at the time of sale.
Limitation of Liability
Durham Phones shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, loss of income, or device damage resulting from pre-existing conditions. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Durham Phones website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Durham Phones and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Third-Party Services
Durham Phones may use third-party service providers for payment processing, parts sourcing, and other operational needs. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of these third parties.
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking a repair or making a purchase
- Collect your device within the agreed timeframe
- Ensure your device is not reported stolen or blacklisted
- Not misrepresent the condition of a device when selling to us

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Durham Phones operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
